Join the BTE Technologies Clinical Support Team

BTE Technologies, Inc. designs, manufactures, sells, and supports computerized equipment for a variety of applications in physical and occupational therapy, sports and industrial rehabilitation, and employment testing around the world.  

The current opening is for a licensed PT to provide full time support with the BTE Clinical Support, Customer Service, and Sales teams.  The position involves a variety of duties working directly with clinicians, researchers, BTE engineering staff, and BTE sales staff domestically and internationally.  Duties include installing new equipment, providing on-site inservices, assisting with product training classes, and applying your general clinical knowledge in responding to customer’s telephone calls and e-mail requests for clinical support.  Clinical Support Team members report to the Director of Clinical Integration.  Eligible candidates must have experience with, and a good working knowledge of, at least one BTE product, as well as the desire to teach others, and a willingness to travel.

    Specific responsibilities include:
  • Install new BTE equipment in clinics
  • Assist in teaching BTE Education Courses
  • Assist in training sales reps
  • Travel to clinic locations – domestic and some international
  • Consult with engineering staff on design improvements
  • Participate in testing of new products and software
  • Answer incoming customer calls needing clinical help
  • Troubleshooting and provide advice to customers to correct problems
  • Focus on customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction
    Requirements for this position include:
  • 2 years clinical experience
  • Good working knowledge of and personal experience with at least one BTE product
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to learn new software and equipment uses
  • Willingness to travel domestically and international
  • Perform as a team player
